Support and privacy requests are reviewed through this address. Include the book title, device model, operating-system version, store platform, exact error message and approximate purchase time. If available, include the order ID from the store receipt, but do not send the full receipt.
Reading help
Open Settings to change the page theme, typeface, spacing, text size or Read Aloud preferences. Returning to My Library does not erase an active run. Reading progress and story choices stay on the device.
If the app closes unexpectedly, reopen the book from My Library. If a problem continues, restart the app and include the exact error message when contacting support.
Restore a purchase
Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account or Google Play account and the same platform used for the original purchase. Restoring does not create a new charge.
If purchase history shows a completed charge but the book remains locked, do not try to buy it again. Use Restore Purchases and contact support if the book is still unavailable.
Refunds, billing and consumer rights
Apple and Google Play process store payments and retain payment details. History Wake cannot see your payment-card details. Apple decides refund requests for Apple purchases through Report a Problem. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play's refund process or contact History Wake support. Eligibility depends on the purchase, reason and applicable law.
History Wake remains available to investigate app, book-delivery and restoration problems. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Australian consumers may be entitled to a repair or other fix, replacement, refund or cancellation, and compensation, where the consumer guarantees are not met. See the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission guidance.
Privacy or data request
Read the History Wake Privacy Policy for information about local reading data, purchase records and how to ask for access, correction or deletion, or make a privacy complaint.
Never email payment-card details, a full store receipt containing unrelated purchases, or your Apple or Google password.
